Hi, I’m Amber.
I’m a strategist and learning designer who cares deeply about how people experience systems, learning, and work. I build thoughtful, scalable solutions that help people do their best work: grounded in empathy, clarity, and real-world impact.
How I Got Here
I started my career in higher education, working closely with students and seeing firsthand how much strong support systems can shape people’s experiences. That experience shaped how I think about learning, communication, and the role of design in helping people navigate complex environments.
Over time, I began to notice gaps, not just in individual interactions, but in the systems behind them. Training wasn’t always scalable, tools weren’t always intuitive, and staff were often expected to figure things out as they went. I found myself drawn to improving those experiences by building resources, refining processes, and thinking more intentionally about how systems could better support the people using them.
Today, my work sits at the intersection of strategy, learning design, and systems thinking. I design scalable training, onboarding experiences, and tools that help people feel confident, capable, and supported in their work. I take my work seriously, but not myself - and I believe the best solutions are both thoughtful and approachable.
